The blade of this stripper is made of 430 stainless steel, polished, smooth and easy to clean. The peeler has nine holes for most fresh herbs. Simply place the herb root in a hole of the right size and gently pull it through to peel the leaves. The stripper is edged to cut vegetables and leaves, as well as dough. The product also comes with a leather jacket to prevent accidental injury.
